The Patriot Party is a grassroots movement that demands we hold media and politicians to a higher standard, using the truth and Constitution as our moral compass. We adhere to the principles of the 3 P’s/The Patriot Party Principles when evaluating whether new and existing laws, policies, executive orders, and other actions are constitutional. Additionally, we engage in discussions about these topics on our political podcast, emphasizing the importance of accountability and integrity.

The Patriot Party Principles consist of the 27 amendments added to the Constitution, along with basic constitutional doctrine, such as the principle of void by vagueness. For example, all laws are meant to be understood by an American citizen of average intelligence. When judges say, “we’re not sure what Congress meant,” it’s clear that we, as citizens, aren’t sure either, highlighting a real indicator that the law is essentially unconstitutional. The legislative branch has been passing laws like this for a long time, which contributes to interpretations that erode the Constitution, leading to lawfare, a broken criminal justice system, and many other pitfalls. These issues could have been avoided if politicians had simply followed the Constitution. As part of our grassroots movement, we advocate that these laws need to be amended or repealed. Recently, we also added Part 2 of the Declaration of Independence, especially for politicians who believe that rights are granted by government, emphasizing the truth and constitution.

Basic Constitutional Doctrine
Void for Vagueness Doctrine
• Reflects:• Fifth Amendment – Due Process Clause (applies to federal laws)
• Fourteenth Amendment – Due Process Clause (applies to state laws) A B
• Meaning: Laws must be written clearly enough that ordinary people can understand what is prohibited. If a law is too vague, it violates due process because it can lead to arbitrary enforcement or fail to give fair warning.
Doctrine of Severability
• Reflects:• Article III – Judicial power and interpretation
• Implied from the structure of Article I, Section 7 – Legislative process
• Meaning: If part of a law is unconstitutional, courts can “sever” that part and uphold the rest—as long as the remaining law can function independently and reflects Congress’s intent C.
Doctrine of Colorable Legislation
• Reflects:• Article I, Section 8 – Powers of Congress
• Tenth Amendment – Limits on federal power; powers reserved to states
• Meaning: A law is invalid if it pretends to be within a legislature’s authority but actually exceeds it. Courts look beyond the surface to see if the law is a disguised overreach.
Doctrine of Constitutional Morality
• Reflects:• Preamble – Ideals like justice, liberty, equality
• Fundamental Rights under Amendments – Especially the First and Fourteenth
• Meaning: Laws and government actions must uphold the spirit and ethical values of the Constitution—not just its literal text. It’s about aligning governance with democratic ideals and human dignity.
Judicial Review
• Limits: Both Congress and the President
• Doctrine: Established in Marbury v. Madison (1803), it gives courts—especially the Supreme Court—the power to strike down laws or executive actions that violate the Constitution.
• Effect: Prevents unconstitutional overreach by either branch.

We don’t care if they are DEMOCRAT or REPUBLICAN because after one party sets that bar high, we believe it’ll be a HARD ROAD for the OTHER POLITIC
